ActionSteps Counseling works with attorneys in Tulsa and surrounding counties providing treatment plans and testimony before judges for prison bound clients, recommending outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment for the disease of addiction instead of prison. 

All Arise program participants are provided with counseling services as well as referral services according to the needs of each individual.

To date, the Arise program has had 177 people complete the program. 

• 36% were homeless upon entering the program and 100% were living in stable housing upon completion.
• 73% were unemployed upon entering the program and 100% had employment upon completion of the program.
